Support: where each problem belongs
Most of the time lost in dealing with an operator is lost at the beginning of the conversation rather than the end: a question asked on the wrong channel takes a detour of several days. This page sorts common problems into four routes and lists what to have in hand before opening any of them. This portal is not the operator and cannot act inside anybody's account; what follows describes how the operator's own channels work.
The four routes
| Situation | Where it is resolved | What to prepare |
|---|---|---|
| Unclear how an accumulator was calculated, or what a market means | The rulebook and the bet types guide | Nothing — this is reading, not writing |
| Deposit not showing, payout delayed, method unavailable | The account cashier first, then support | Transaction reference, date, amount, method |
| Account restricted, document rejected, settlement not as expected | Operator support | Slip reference and a screenshot of the settlement screen |
| Support replied but the issue is still open | The complaints procedure | Full message history and the reference number |
What you can settle without writing to anyone
A sizeable share of tickets are really questions about rules. How an accumulator recalculates when one leg is voided at 1.00. Why the price in the slip differs from the one on the fixture page, if the market moved between selection and confirmation. Why a slip closed by cash out does not count towards wagering. All three are answered in writing, either in the operator's rules or on this site, and looking them up takes less time than a chat queue.
What belongs to the cashier rather than to support
The cashier shows the real state of every movement of money: processing, sent, rejected. Before asking where the money is, open that screen — a withdrawal runs in two separate stages, the operator's internal processing and then the financial institution's own timetable. An amount marked as sent but not yet arrived is a bank or wallet matter, and the question belongs there.
What to prepare before writing
- The reference for the slip or transaction — the key the case is searched by;
- Date and approximate time of the event or the operation;
- The payment method and the exact amount in lei;
- The relevant screenshot, above all the bet settlement screen;
- One question, clearly stated. Three problems in a single message reliably get an answer to one of them.
Why the screenshot changes the conversation
A settlement dispute is a comparison of three things: the market you backed, the price confirmed on the slip, and the result the operator applied. The settlement screen contains all three. Without it, the exchange becomes a series of rephrasings from memory, while the team reviewing the case needs those same details to look anything up. A screenshot taken the moment you noticed the problem typically saves an entire round of messages.
How to write a message that gets a useful answer
The structure that works is four lines: what you did, what you expected, what happened, what you are asking for. No personal history, no assessment of the operator, no threats. Tone does not accelerate a ticketing system; clarity does. If you receive a generic reply that does not engage with your case, ask explicitly for it to be reopened against the reference you supplied — more effective than starting a fresh ticket, which only puts you at the back of the same queue.
What support cannot do
It cannot cancel a confirmed slip because you changed your mind — a cancellable bet would be a bet without risk. It cannot lift a self-exclusion before term, and it cannot shorten the waiting period on a limit increase. It cannot send money to a payment instrument registered to somebody other than the account holder. And it cannot delete a verified account instantly, because the operator has record-keeping obligations.
What this site cannot do
We have no access to accounts, tickets or operator systems, and cannot open, unblock or accelerate anything. We do not publish phone numbers or postal addresses we cannot confirm: the valid contact details are the ones in the platform's own contact section, and any other source risks being outdated or fake. What we can do is explain how the process is shaped and in which order to walk through it.
