Complaints: the correct order
A grievance becomes a complaint only when it is written down, with data attached and a specific request at the end. Before that it is a conversation, and conversations leave no trace. This page sets out the escalation path, from the first enquiry to an external forum, and what to preserve at each stage. This portal is not a party to the relationship and cannot act on anybody's behalf.
Step 1 — a written enquiry to the operator
The first approach goes to operator support through a channel that keeps a record: e-mail or a form, not a phone call. Include the slip or transaction reference, the date and time, the amount in lei, the payment method, and a four-line description — what you did, what you expected, what happened, what you are asking for. Attach the screenshot of the settlement or the transaction. How to assemble that material is covered on the support page.
Ask explicitly for acknowledgement of receipt. From that moment a reference date exists, and every later deadline is counted from it.
Step 2 — the formal complaint
If no reply arrives, or the reply misses the substance, the next stage is a formal complaint. Most operators run a procedure separate from ordinary support, described in their terms: a dedicated address or a form that produces a reference number. That number is the most valuable thing you obtain at this stage. Without it the discussion restarts each time; with it, any agent can open the whole file.
Attach the entire prior exchange in chronological order and restate your request in a single sentence. Complaints containing three different grievances usually receive an answer to one.
Step 3 — the external route
If the internal procedure closes without a resolution, the case can be taken outside the operator. In Romania, gambling operators are supervised by ONJN. What matters practically is that any external step will require evidence that the earlier stages were completed: the original enquiry, the reply or its absence, the formal complaint reference and the dates. A file missing those elements comes straight back to the starting point.
What to document, always
- The chronology — the date of every message sent and received, as a plain list;
- The screenshots — settlement screen, cashier screen, document rejection notice;
- The wording of the rule the operator relies on, saved at the time — rulebooks are updated, and today's version may not match the one from two months ago;
- The numbers — slip reference, transaction reference, complaint reference;
- The amounts, exactly, in lei, including any difference from what you expected.
The four most common complaints, and what causes them
Disputed settlement. Most trace back to the rule applied to a postponed, abandoned or relocated fixture. Read that paragraph before complaining: if it states clearly what happens, there is no complaint; if it is ambiguous, the ambiguity is your argument.
Blocked withdrawal. Usually incomplete verification, a payment instrument in another name, or an unmet rollover from an active bonus. Check all three before drafting anything.
Voided bonus. Here the answer is in the bonus terms: the odds floor below which a bet does not qualify, the treatment of cashed-out slips, and the maximum stake permitted while a rollover is running. Breaching the maximum stake is both the most frequent cause and the least known.
Restricted account. This can stem from anti-fraud checks the operator is not obliged to detail. What you can request is written confirmation of the account status and of the steps required to lift the restriction.
What does not help
Repeated messages across several channels on the same day, which fragment the case into parallel tickets. An aggressive tone, which accelerates no system. Publishing the case before putting it to the operator in writing, since that removes the very proof that you tried the normal route. And opening a second account as a workaround — grounds for closing both.
What this site cannot do
It has no access to accounts, tickets or operator systems, cannot mediate and cannot compel anyone to do anything. It does not publish template legal filings and does not provide legal advice. It can describe the route, and that is all. If a page here describes an operator procedure incorrectly, a note to the domain contact address is welcome and the page gets corrected.
